QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software development and IT, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in the telecom industry or supporting telecom systems/operations.
- Strong expertise in Java backend development, RESTful APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and frontend integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
