Job Description
Job title: Java Developer – Regulatory Reporting (Capital Markets)
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Java Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 & Spring Boot
- Experience building Microservices & REST APIs
- CI/CD exposure – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git
Nice to have
- Regulatory Reporting knowledge – MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR
- Transaction Reporting / Trade Transparency experience
- Experience with MarkLogic or similar document databases
Project scope
- Greenfield Regulatory Reporting platform build
- Cloud-native architecture replacing legacy systems
- Focus on MiFID II transaction reporting, instrument & venue data flows
