• Hands‑on experience in Linux & Shell.
• Hands‑on experience in SQL.
• Hands‑on experience in AWS services.
• Experience in using ITSM tools.
• Experience in Release Management activities.
• Knowledge of Airline Domain.
• Knowledge in Splunk & Datadog

Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Responsible to handle coverage support (24x7 mobile support) and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issue.
2. Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
3. Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
4. Work with Infrastructure / Cloud operations teams for any change requests, issues, patching activities etc.
