Job Description
EPS COMPUTER SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking a technical support specialist to handle fault reports on the L3 Integrated Voice Communication system. The role involves coordinating with Telco providers and contractors for line faults and logging resolutions in standard logs.
You will also assist Air traffic controllers with audio recording playback and require familiarity with IP networking and fault troubleshooting.
