Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations and system lifecycle activities , including onboarding, transition, and system retirement/decommissioning in a regulated environment.
- Assist in executing IT and OT considerations during system decommissioning, covering servers, applications, backups, and infrastructure components .
- Support change control , protocol preparation, and execution activities in line with GxP compliance requirements .
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal business impact.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and log investigation for recurring system and application issues.
- Support documentation activities , including regulated form execution, validation evidence, and SDLC‑aligned records.
