Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer user access of Security Operations Portal
• Schedule security checks in accordance with reporting schedules
• Prepare periodic status reports
• Assist management in exploring and continuously recommending tightening of public healthcare endpoint security
• Respond to user requests for technical assistance
• Assess incident severity
• Set clear user expectations on issue resolution
• Provide support of other Security Projects
• Perform real-time analysis, synthesize trends and insights, and confidently propose creative mitigation plans and solutions to any incident
