Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring an IT Technician in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Verify the functionality and specifications of laptops, desktops and IT accessories.
• Diagnose hardware issues, including HDD/SSD, RAM, motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, ports and connectivity.
• Record device specifications, test results and condition accurately.
• Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacement when required.
• Ensure all inspected equipment meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with the warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock records.

Requirements

• 4+ Years IT Support Experience.
• Hardware Support & Network Troubleshooting Mastery.
• Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, networking equipment and IT accessories.
