+ Provide onsite IT support to end users, including leadership
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
+ Deploy and maintain PCs, printers, and conference room A/V equipment
+ Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
+ Support IT projects and maintain equipment inventory
What You Bring:
+ 2+ years of IT support experience (desktop, hardware, or network)
+ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
+ Experience with Windows environments and basic networking
