Job Description
- The IT Technician Support is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting hardware, software, and network systems.
- They provide technical assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving any technical issues.
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with hardware and software installation
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
- Experience with remote support tools and helpdesk software
