Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot company computer systems, networks, and software.
- Support LED billboard systems and ensure display content is properly functioning.
- Install, configure, and monitor hardware and software updates.
- Provide technical support to office staff and remote users.
- Manage data backup, file security, and server maintenance.
- Assist in upgrading systems and planning IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role (fresh graduates may apply).
- Knowledge in computer networking, hardware/software installation, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with digital signage or display systems is a plus.
