Job Description
- Basic network troubleshooting (routers, switches, Wi-Fi in large spaces)
- Support for digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media management software)
- Experience with barcode scanners, handheld devices, label printers, etc.
- Familiarity with inventory software, ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in retail, logistics, or marketing environments is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills to support non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
