Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical and administrative support for end-user systems and workplace technology. This role is responsible for supporting laptops, printers, network-connected devices, and core business applications while serving as a primary point of contact for first-level technical support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including first-level troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
+ Configure, deploy, maintain, and repair laptops and peripheral devices
