Job Description
IT Assistant – CW Marketing and Development Corporation
The IT Assistant will be assigned to support the maintenance of the operation of the data center, server systems, and thin client of CW Home Depot's IT infrastructure. The role will be directly under the IT Supervisor, who will assist in resolving IT-related issues for internal clients at all levels in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in attending to hardware-related concerns
- Support efficient management of IT infrastructure
- Ensure that all servers are running at the best performance
- Assist in hardware/software troubleshooting
- Conduct installation of software and applications to servers
- Perform testing of new devices before deployment
- Assist in monitoring inventory of servers and its specifications
- Address employees' IT-related inquiries
