JSG seeks an IT Systems Engineer who will report directly to the CIO. This position is available in Westmont, IL, or Burlington, ON, providing critical support for our IT delivery team. With a minimum of 7 years in IT systems, candidates should excel in technical management, cybersecurity, and implementing cloud solutions such as Azure and Office 365.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer Microsoft Office 365 and RADIUS server infrastructure • Support VMware virtualization and troubleshoot RDS • Participate in planning and implementing IT upgrades • Manage Veeam Backup and recovery operations • Liaise with the CIO on infrastructure policies and documentation
