Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer is a key part of the service framework providing end-to-end management of tickets and service requests reported by the customer.
Work Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00AM-4:00PM PHT
Role Responsibilities
- Manage Tickets and Requests
- Receive and record all calls from our customers.
- Provide initial assessment of all Tickets, attempt first‑time resolution, and/or escalation.
- Help to improve efficiency, processes, documentation, and automation.
- Work on assigned Maintenance tasks and tickets
- Work on assigned Project tasks
- Perform assigned platform clean ups
Qualifications
- Azure infrastructure, design, and implementation
- Intune / Endpoint Manager (Group Policy/ADMX, device compliance)
- Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Networking (routing, switching, traffic management)
