Job Description
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for System Administration & Maintenance
- Oversee daily ERP and application operations, manage user access/roles, system configurations, and data migration
- Implementation & Upgrades: Lead or assist in the full lifecycle of software implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live)
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications, user training materials.
- Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with minimum 3yrs' experience
- Possess knowledge of ERP solutions, including accounting modules(GL, AP/AR), supply chain management (SCM), inventory and manufacturing
