ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic Ecotourism Company seeks a strong technical all-rounder to fill a hands-on role as an IT Systems Administrator where you will support and maintain technology systems, infrastructure and electronic equipment across multiple business entities. The successful candidate will take ownership of technology-related issues and work closely with management and staff to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, efficient and cost-effective. The successful candidate will require a suitable IT qualification or equivalent practical experience of at least 5 years in IT support, systems administration and infrastructure maintenance & experience supporting a variety of software applications and business systems. You will also need strong Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple (macOS) knowledge and a solid understanding of Cybersecurity principles and data protection.
