About Our Client
Our client is an established retail organisation in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced IT System Manager to own and manage their infrastructure environment as they continue to scale.
The Role
You will be responsible for the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure. This is a hands‑on server and systems administration role — not a helpdesk or end‑user support position.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments including patching, performance monitoring, and system health
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user lifecycle management
