Job Description
Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.
Responsibilities
- Fill the proper installation documents accordingly, manage equipment (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)
- Work on site and remotely as a mixed assignment
- Identify and communicate risk analysis and problems
- Cooperate with R&D to solve problems and conduct proper risk analysis
- Ensure correct forwarding of the documents to all involved parties, especially the specific features of the implemented project
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow
- Good knowledge of IT network and domain
