Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, network and access‑related issues promptly and professionally
- Set up, configure and maintain user devices including PCs, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, network equipment and IT infrastructure under senior IT guidance
- Manage IT assets including allocation, tracking, maintenance and software licence updates within the ERP or asset management system
- Support IT procurement processes — ordering, receiving and documenting hardware and software purchases
- Maintain accurate IT records including user accounts, equipment registers and system documentation
- Troubleshoot and elevate technical issues effectively, keeping users informed throughout
- Contribute to maintaining IT standards, security practices and operational continuity
