About the roleTo provide 2nd line IT support services.
Act as a point of escalation for the 1st line IT support.
Administration of Broadland’s Office 365 account including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
Work with the Senior IT Manager to ensure the business has the appropriate infrastructure in place to ensure the strategic objectives of Broadland can be met.
Assisting the Senior IT Manager with maintaining, designing and troubleshooting Broadland’s infrastructure.
Monitoring network and endpoint utilisation and performance, reporting any issue issues to the Senior IT Manager.
Installation, configuration, testing and monitoring of network equipment at new and existing locations.
