Job Description
Purpose of the Role
To provide first-line technical support to users across the business, maintain hardware and software systems, troubleshoot IT-related issues and contribute to the smooth and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

- Providing first-line technical support to end users
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network-related issues
- Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices
- Setting up user accounts, email access and system permissions
- Supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
- Assisting with ERP system support and user queries
- Monitoring and maintaining IT equipment and system performance
- Logging, tracking and resolving IT support requests within agreed timeframes
