Job Description
Jabil Healthcare in Balsthal/Hägendorf seeks a Support Technician I to manage IT requests and incidents, providing Level 1/2 support for hardware and software. You will install standard applications, back up systems with Acronis, and work with production systems such as MES and related equipment.
Reporting to the Sr. Information Technology Manager, you will maintain IT documentation, participate in Kaizen improvements, and support cross-functional projects in a global manufacturing environment.
