About the Role

IT Support Technician will support our office operations in Surabaya. You'll be responsible for maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors and ISP providers, and managing IT assets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Job Description

  • Provide IT support for laptops, printers, and office equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and Wi-Fi issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and ISP providers for repairs and issue resolution
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Support employees with software installation, password resets, and general IT requests
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary


Requirement

  • 1+ year of IT support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking
