Job Description

IT Support Technician required. Our client is the world’s leading service specialists for the entire life cycle of a factory and the associated infrastructure. For 60 years, they have been providing customers in the automotive and manufacturing industries with support along the factory cycle: from planning, installation, and automation to operation of the factories and buildings.

They are now looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team based in Coventry. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and will be the first point of contact for the Global Service Desk to resolve all IT related inquiries and incidents in the UK. 

Position Overview 

To resolve day to day IT issues as they arise across all operational and support locations

Participate in company projects

Record all IT support activities in the ITSM tool 

Test restores when required
