Title: IT Support Technician Location: Onsite Support at DCAS Testing Center (149 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201) Duration: 6 Months Job Description *THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE CONSULTANT TO WORK ONSITE AND BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS WHENEVER EXAMS ARE SCHEDULED. Overview: This positions primary responsibility is to provide onsite technical support for the DCAS Testing Center computers located at 300 Cadman Plaza. The candidate will support and maintain computer hardware and software used in the testing center, ensuring reliable operation of all systems in a high-demand environment. This includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
