Job Description
Ascent People Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver 1st and 2nd line support to its client base. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues across Windows Server environments, VOIP systems, and cloud services like Office 365, as well as backup and security tooling.
