At Melt Group, we are partnering with a leading multinational technology organization to recruit an IT Support Specialist based in Equatorial Guinea. This key role ensures the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of large‑scale, mission‑critical systems supporting national‑level operations. The environment combines infrastructure, software platforms, and field operations across a distributed network of sites.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, maintain, administer, and troubleshoot IICS infrastructure.
- Perform IICS new releases testing.
- Reconfigure servers, routers, and switches to continuously improve High Availability features.
- Monitor and maintain servers, computer systems, networks, backup systems, and all hardware.
