Responsibilities

• Setup new Users, modify access for existing users and offboard users as required


• Manage user accounts, permissions & access rights


• Maintain firewalls and security policies


• Manage all computers, laptops and equipment including sending and retrieving of the assets


• Act as Data Protection Officer in the Philippines


• Basic remote troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, network, connectivity & 3rd party applications


• Create documentation and self-service tips for troubleshooting – publish on SharePoint/Intranet


• Log in all support tickets and provide timely resolution based on agreed SLA’s


• Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and policies


• Ensure reliable monitoring and alerting for systems infrastructure
