Job Description

Elevate client interactions as an IT Support Specialist with ALPHA IT. You will efficiently resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our managed clients.

As the first point of contact for client support requests, you'll respond swiftly within our 15-minute SLA. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network problems, while also taking charge of scheduled maintenance. This role emphasizes relationship-building and quality outcomes in every support interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to support requests from clients
• Diagnose and solve technical issues across systems
• Complete updates and maintenance as per schedule
• Maintain detailed records of issues and solutions
• Assist new clients by setting up devices and accounts

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of IT support experience
