On‑Site Technical Support
Field Equipment Deployment & Maintenance
Site Readiness & Projects Support
Incident & Service Request Management
Inventory & Asset Management
Security & Compliance Support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of experience in field support or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of desktop support, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and Microsoft 365 basics.
Ability to travel frequently between sites.
