Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable IT Support & Field Engineer to support our in-house software systems and IT infrastructure. This role involves: onsite deployment and support troubleshooting hardware/software issues assisting users with our in-house applications basic networking and cloud support field visits when required You should be comfortable working independently, solving technical problems, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. Software & User Support
Provide technical support for company in-house software Troubleshoot software, system, and user issues Assist users with setup, onboarding, and usage guidance Escalate complex software bugs to the development team Perform software installation, updates, and configuration IT Infrastructure Support
