Position Summary

The IT Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to‑day operations of the Information systems department, in the areas of business applications, hardware and software maintenance, network administration, IT infrastructure planning, backup and disaster recovery and helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, testing, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading the IT infrastructure, business applications, and management tools.
• Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure (cloud and on-premises).
• Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, configurations, and settings.
• Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability.
• Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings, roles, and access permissions.
