Job Description
Overview
Our client is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to support their customers. You will be based at their head office in Whiteley. You will sit with their knowledgeable Service Desk when at head office, who will fully support you in your day to day. You will be utilising your excellent and prompt customer support skills and will represent our client in a professional and courteous manner over the phone, email and face to face. This role operates on a 4-day working week, Friday through Monday (preferred) or Saturday through Tuesday, with working hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm. Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are worked from home, with weekdays based at the office in Whiteley.
Responsibilities
