Working on the latest digital workplace products:

– You will work with vendors to build the architecture and infra setup for client’s Asia WS1 tenant, and collaborate with client’s Europe to translate current traditional deployment configuration such as Mobile Iron and Casper (W10/GPO) and JAMF to WS1 configuration. You will work closely with our Ecommerce teams in China and Singapore to publish apps to WS1 using best practices and publish the app catalogue based on user profile on WS1 for Mobile, MacOS and Win10.

Designing the future workplace landscape:

– You will work with business stakeholders and IT to understand current deployment limitations and improve in the WS1, and work with the helpdesk team to deploy WS1 across 11 countries in HQ and stores. You will set up best practices and standardize service offerings and processes with the support from digital workplace manager.
