Job Description
The IT SUPPORT ENGINEER have the responsibility of maintaining and monitoring the computer systems, applications and networks used by the business in offices, retail stores and warehouses. You will also be given tasks in solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from company employees
- Provide help desk support, consult, and solving user issues by providing assistance in setting up & troubleshooting (software / hardware) and properly escalating unresolved queries top the next level support
