Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the IT Support Engineer role involves being responsible for giving support to Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies on America's Shift.
Responsibilities
Provide ServiceNow L2 support.
Operate and support collaborative and productive ServiceNow.
Collaborate support.
Execute projects and automation processes.
Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in English.
Problem Solver.
ServiceNow knowledge or experience.
Customer focus.
Schedule availability.
Scripting knowledge (any programming knowledge) is also a plus.
Database knowledge is also a plus.
