IT Support Analyst
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our Digital - ICT Operations team in our Melbourne office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professionalĀ andĀ responsive IT support toĀ allĀ users.Ā
- Aligning with ITIL best practicesĀ includingĀ incidentĀ management, service requestĀ management, problem management.Ā
- ProvidingĀ ITĀ supportĀ forĀ internalĀ andĀ externalĀ seminars,Ā training, and hybrid meetings.Ā
- Triaging and prioritisingĀ tickets in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) ensuringĀ timelyĀ resolution andĀ quality customer service.Ā
- Escalation of issues and requests to third-party vendors asĀ required.Ā
- Develop andĀ maintainĀ knowledge base articles and user guides.Ā
- Laptop and device lifecycle management including repairs and escalations with vendors.Ā
