Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and IT equipment for new employees.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot basic network, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure IT assets are properly tracked.
- Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance when required.
- Provide support for office IT setup, system upgrades, and ad hoc IT-related tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
