- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain IT systems, backups, and security
- Coordinate with vendors and assist KMZD staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required depending on experience).
- At least 1 year proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking principles, and common office software.
- Basic understanding of system security and data protection practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
