Job Description
JOB SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing and providing support, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across stores, Head Office, and Warehouse operations. The role ensures stable and efficient POS performance, minimizes downtime, and supports business continuity by leading incident resolution, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and driving service reliability across all supported sites.
The position also serves as a key escalation point for POS-related concerns affecting store operations and Head Office or Warehouse users, including access to POS servers for data generation, stock allocation, inventory transfer, reporting, and related operational processes. The role involves managing configurations, supporting deployments, performing system health checks, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring that incidents are resolved within service expectations while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
