Your Key Responsibilities Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the PLM module in SAP and Windchill. Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process: Understand & document business requirements Develop functional specifications from business requirements Develop, document, implement and present new solutions Coordinate the end-to-end testing Create training documents Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Global team Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA Provide Project Support Provide Training to key users Your Qualifications Gra...
