We are looking for an experienced and engaging IT Skills Developer to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others get the most from technology, delivering effective training, and supporting the rollout of new systems across a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver and evaluate IT training across multiple formats, including classroom, one-to-one, workshops and e-learning. Identify training needs and develop engaging learning materials, guides and presentations. Create and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) and training records. Support the rollout of new technologies and software upgrades through effective training and knowledge transfer. Work closely with IT and business support teams to promote best practice and maximise user adoption. Provide application support and assist staff with day-to-day IT queries.
