This role is based at Watt Close, Andover. You will manage user queries, IT issues and service requests through our ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance, triaging requests and keeping users updated. Your work will support ongoing process improvements through analysis, automation and knowledge sharing. The working hours are 08:30 – 17:15 Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 – 13:30 on Friday, on a permanent contract.
