Job Description Experience: Providing application production support in ACC.
First Level Suppot for appplications for Call Centers.
Initial troubleshooting of applications.
Functions: Give supports to Call Center, Screen Recording plataforms and Mobile apps.
The person should provide application production support in ACC.
First level support for applications for 3 PCC call centers and Call Recording systems.
Initial troubleshooting of applications – does not include the code changes and defect fixes.
Should coordinate with other teams to resolve the outages.
Documentation for support and troubleshooting.
Updating knowledge database.
