Job Description
PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to manage daily shared services, service desk activities and SLA governance from our CBD office. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, monitor performance, and drive improvements across incident and operational processes.
The role requires a degree or diploma in IT, 3+ years in IT service delivery, and familiarity with ITSM practices and tools such as ServiceNow. ITIL PMP are advantageous.
