Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day execution of IT services across the affiliated companies.
Serves as the primary point of contact for service performance, monitoring incident management queues, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring that IT infrastructure issues are resolved swiftly.
The ideal candidate ensures high business continuity and coordinates closely with both internal technical teams and clients.
Requirements
- Graduate of a BS in Information Technology / Computer Science related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or IT operational coordination role.
- Specialized in hardware and general knowledge in software development.
- Has experience in handling an IT team.
- Knowledge in Odoo is a plus factor.
