Role & Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management—from onboarding to exit—including documentation, compliance, and system updates across HRIS platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment workflows: sourcing, scheduling, interview logistics, offer management, and candidate experience enhancement.
Administer and maintain payroll inputs, leave tracking, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) in alignment with local labor laws and company policy.
