Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate IT support interactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve overall service performance
- Perform technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Deliver remote assistance and support to end users
- Document incidents, resolutions, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT processes, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT‑related course
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in an IT or BPO setting
