Job Description
The IT Quality Analyst ensures that all information systems products and services align with company standards and fulfill business user requirements. Carry out regression testing on software applications and database modifications to confirm their functionality and defect-free performance. Effectively test applications, create detailed plans and automated scripts (where applicable) for all designated areas. Implement change management requests, ensuring that the necessary documentation is supplied by the application teams. Record and report any issues, working closely with relevant teams to ensure they are addressed satisfactorily. Support user training and assist with process documentation. Act as the main point of contact for business users during application testing throughout project lifecycles.
